A Brief History

Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2008, Peter lived in Incline Village and worked with his brother Sid Rice, the owner of Quality Construction. The twelve years Peter spent building and remodeling homes in the area has proven to be invaluable to their clients, as his local knowledge of the area and building practices is put to good use even before a contract is written or money spent on inspections.  Peter is not shy about pointing out potential problems with a home, to avoid possible surprises or “buyer’s remorse” later. 
 
Trish has been an active real estate agent since 1998.  She began her real estate career in South Lake Tahoe primarily selling vacation homes for five years before moving to Reno.  Helping her clients acquire their Tahoe dream home often feels more like pleasure than work.  Of course a love for Tahoe and her job make that possible.  Her positive attitude, superb communication & negotiation skills and attention to detail are just a few of her many strengths.
